Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home with a fabulous view! Our home offers the best of both worlds; just 3 mi from the village and 2 mi to Holiday Valley. Relax in our newly remodeled home near the fireplace or just take in the outdoor views. Our home is perfect for hosting 3 families, large groups or 4 couples with each having the privacy of their own room. 25 year old min renter age and 16 guests maximum please. Beds: 3 Kings, 4 Fulls & 2 twins.

Kairstin and Mikes place was amazing, booked it for a long stay. It had everything i needed in kitchen and cleaning as well. Kairstin and Mike are such friendly people and very attentive to our needs.Would come back again.

Our family stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate our father’s retirement from ministry, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless, well stocked, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. Every detail from the kitchen supplies to the cozy common spaces made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together.
The property itself is even better than the photos, with a peaceful atmosphere that really helped bring our family together. You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining the space and making sure guests have everything they need.
We left with full hearts and great memories, and we’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and welcoming getaway in upstate New York.

We absolutely loved our stay in Great Valley! Our group had 4 little children and the baby gates were a huge plus! We loved the bunk room and kids play space, and enjoyed some time in the back yard without worry of the kids getting too close to the road. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the number of plates available. The couch was large enough to seat the whole group, and super comfortable. All of the rooms are generally the same size, so we didn't have to fight over who got the best room. And our golden retriever was happy to claim the mud room as his space in the evening when he wanted to get away from the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a place for our families to hang out between NYC and Michigan - this place was perfect. Kairstin and Mike were so responsive, and they didn't skimp on anything in their lovely home. We had everything we could want and more - we were all comfortable and loved our stay. We would definitely recommend it! (The mountain sky coaster was more fun than we expected!)

From the moment I requested the reservation, Kairstin and Mike were warm, friendly, and incredibly communicative. Their care for the property was clear right away. The space is peaceful, yet warm and inviting, the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease.
As a group of 11, it’s rare to find a home not only large enough to accommodate us comfortably, but with an actual bed for each of the 7 kids on the trip! The thoughtful design and setup of the house quickly became clear, this is hands down the most well stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I actually laughed when I realized how much of what I packed for the kitchen wasn’t needed, they truly thought of everything.
As a group, we all agreed this was our favorite Airbnb to date, and it graciously earned our hope for a return trip. Thank you for everything, your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.
If you’re thinking about booking, do it!! You won’t regret it. This place is a gift.

Excellent House and Awesome Hosts!
We stayed at Kairstin and Mike’s during the Memorial Day weekend and had an excellent time. The house looks even better than the pictures. Their attention to details is incredible and the house has everything that you can imagine and more. Everything is brand new, the kitchen is very well equipped, the kids had a separate area that they absolutely enjoyed and with four bedrooms and a lot of common areas everyone was able to enjoy. We had a perfect vacation and couldn’t have asked for more welcoming and better hosts.
